Tunnel formwork(housing formwork)
Tunnel formwork is a combined forming mold that is on basis of large mould construction, combining wall mold and floor mold together, single formwork setting up, single reinforcement fixing and single pouring and forming. This formwork`s shape looks like a rectangular tunnel, so it is called tunnel formwork.
The tunnel formwork is a system; it casts walls and floors in a normal cycle. This system has been widely used due to its effective load-bearing structures. Space span of the tunnel formwork is 2.4-6.6 m, which is more easily fractionized to construct smaller spaces; when a longer span (11 meters) is needed, the formwork can be extended.
